Saturday morning breakfast at Casa de Schutz

This breakfast was amazing! The best part was that it was super easy!

All you have to do is slice your brioche (which you can get from your favorite bakery) and mash up your avocado with salt & pepper. I then fried some eggs and left them runny.....if you don't like the yolk then you can eat them possibly poached on top..yum! After they are cooked you assemble and that's it! A slice of toast, a dollop of avocado, a fried egg on top, cracked pepper and salt and a little Tabasco if you're feeling a little spicy! It was amazing and the Hubs loved it too! Definitely a repeat I was told!
