Decisions....decisions...

Yay for all of us! We all made it to Friday! More importantly we made it to Friday the first week back to work after the holidays! Which is always a 10 on the no fun scale.
 This was a great week for the blog...please bare with my while I babble on about yesterday. Olly's dresser re-do was featured on Design*Sponge. Which was a huge Goal for the new year, right along with getting 1000 followers. So now I have to raise the bar for myself. I also have a huge NEED to be on the Nate Berkus Show but that's a whole other story which I will spare you. I just wanted to send a Cyber shout out and huge THANKS to the peeps over at design*sponge for making this gal gush and relish in an otherwise ordinary day.

As for other projects that are abrewin' over here at Casa de Schutz we are slowly making some progress. I am currently working with the Hubs on stripping this little beauty (of paint)...

I am sure some of you gasped based on your love for her coraly color amazingness which I get so many emails and comments about. However, as beautiful as she is, she no longer fits in around here and its about time we make her a functional part of our bedroom once again. I am not quite sure as to what is going to happen once we get all the coral paint off of her (besides a few tears) but I do know it involves some gorgeous new Anthropologie hardware that I already purchased with my birthday coupon. Whooo whooo!

We have also been looking for a larger rug for this guys space...

...And I think I am leaning towards something like this sharp looking stud muffin of a rug...

What are your thoughts?

 I also have some fun projects coming up that I don't want to spoil because I will be sharing them with you all next week! I hope you all have a funtastic weekend. I look forward to seeing you back here on Monday morning.
