Now I want to show you a project way more fun and cheery. I worked on it yesterday as a way to brighten things up a bit and it sure did do the trick. Have you noticed that neon colors have come back lately and they have come back super fierce? I am simply smitten with them....look at this amazing stool I saw on SFgirlbybay....I swoon.

And trust me when I say it was super easy. I grabbed a can of neon pink.....(it is a little runny to work with but I thought the color was brilliantly vibrant). I vote it one of the best things to come out of a can. Forget biscuits grab you some Fluorescent paint, it's the gift that keeps on giving.
I simply sprayed the key, gave it a minute to dry & then quickly rinsed it off. It left some of the pink paint on the key and let some of the brown poke through. This is not only where I did my happy dance but where I was quite sure that I made this technique up and I was doing it completely wrong. But it worked for me and left a smile on this gals face. I then let it dry for the day, laid out flat in the sunshine. By the way, beware of the pink overspray. It sorts of looks like the pink panther threw up everywhere after you're done, sorry for the visual.
I thought the results were fabulous.
