Yesterday was one of those days where the Universe demands you hold steady, allow your brain and body to become implanted into your surroundings and to just slow down a bit & just be.
It simply rained, and rained, and rained....
And since I have a minor obsession with hot chocolate or anything chocolate for that matter. I had to make myself some rainy day hot chocolate.
This particular cup was extra special. I recently pinned chocolate dipped wooden spoons on Pinterest thanks to my girl Kohli. I in no way can claim the sheer genuineness of this idea because it originally came from this fantastic blog. However, you bet your butt I copied them...smart girls copy other smart girls (as long as they give credit where credit is due) that's my motto. And these gals deserve credit!
I simply dipped wooden spoons into melted chocolate and drizzled with caramel and sea salts. You then stir the chocolate into your hot chocolate which equals pure bliss. Seriously. Especially on this cold rainy day.
It was so yummy and so amazing. I now know what I want to serve when It's gingerbread house decorating time.
I heart these kind of moments. See you lovelies tomorrow with the low down on some good holiday gift ideas. 5 more days until I'm 30 eeeekkkkkkkk, time flies!!!!!
