On beautiful days like yesterday, we spend a lot of our day outside. When we take a break for lunch we try and keep it simple. I like to mix seasonal goodies & fruits, with easy go to's like fig spread and cheese. It's quick, it's fresh, it's delicious. And let's be honest...it's way more fun eating outside and not on normal plates when you're two....(even at 30).
Creamy Swiss cheese with fig, sweet donut peaches with a bit of mild chedder. Yummy! This was our lunch yesterday, wish you could have rocked this meal with us.
