I hope you all had a safe and amazing holiday. We started celebrating early at our local parade & moved the party over to our house.
I must confess that I took over 700 pictures throughout the day yesterday-true story. Needless to say, I am currently looking into Photographers Anonymous. I sifted through most of them into the wee hours of the night and here are some of my favorite moments capturing family, little ones, decorations, & the gorgeous trifecta of red, white, & blue.
I simply couldn't resist doing an impromptu photo shoot with baby Carolyn who is already one month old. As Well as getting a pose or two from Oliver & his best buddy Cooper.
And did anyone notice the amazing striped "table runner" beneath my flowers? It was actually a paper placemat from the awesome Easton Place. I loved the punch of color & graphic pattern it added to the table, it made for some pretty swoon worthy photos. And the best things was all I had to do was throw it away at the end of the night. Genius.
Eventually the sun went down & the air grew quite chilly, which meant the night had to end...we had some pretty tired kiddos, some pretty worn out mama's & daddy's and a lot of leftovers to put away. We hope you all had a magical day with your friends and families....and maybe even knocked a few back in celebration. See you lovelies on Monday.
