I can always tell when the spirit of summer is beginning to fade away. Our little pass through town starts to slow its pace and travelers begin to frequent a little less. My teacher friends are declaring their excitement and hesitation for a new school year and school supplies just waits at every end cap to be purchased.
The air seems to shift... our apples are nearly ready for picking, and the weekend corn stand will soon be broken down until next year. Before I know it I will be planning fall activities to replace the lingering memories of my good friend Summer. But before it slips through my fingers and escapes my grasp I want to try and remember some of my favorite moments...so I made a collage. As I have often learned in life...when in doubt, collage the heck out of it.
I hope you created some amazing summer memories this past weekend as well. Also, make sure you stop by the ole' blog on Wednesday for a super special post. My girl Taylor & I have teamed up with two fun DIY projects and we can't wait to share them with you.
Have a fantastic start to your week ...and tell me...how are you bottling up your summer memories?
