So this year I wanted to see how much I could save by getting creative with my wrapping (watch out Eminem). Thankfully Target and even Michaels have awesome dollar find sections. I was able to wrap these three gifts up and spend approx. $2 a piece.
And for those of you who are curious, all of these supplies were found in the Target dollar section (expect the shimmery poms & bell).
|gold twine, silver glitter tape, polka dot paper, gold trim, silver letters all from Target|
I love these silver letters which came in a package for only $1 as well. They not only helped me to make an adorable holiday sign, but they're cute to use for embellishing and personalizing gifts with initials or festive words as well. Ho, Ho, Ho...you feel me?
Last year I went for a more homemade feel & I've even gone as far as spray painting my own wrapping paper if you are looking for additional packaging and wrapping ideas. But these dollar scores were a money saver as well as a time saver.
Hope you're week is going well and your're taking a little breather from present shopping and card mailing to sing a few carols and sneak in a candy cane (or two). See you lovelies on Friday for a fantastic giveaway!
