A boy in the city: an update on this crazy gals life

I've been a little M.I.A & missing out on the blogging world. I've been trying to regroup, refocus, and appreciate the special things that make up each day. Over the past two weeks I have said goodbye to a friend who passed, welcomed a new car into my life and started making an effort to grow my photography business. Little by little I am shuffling around furniture, cleaning out the old, and making room for wonderful things. 2014 has started off a bit rocky, but I am determined to force it to turn around. I am spending my days dreaming up projects (can't wait to paint the boys bed red), working out my mind and body (sweat baby sweat), and preparing to get back to alittleglassbox. I just wanted to update all of you wonderful pals and let you know I am well and kickin' and I am slowly getting back to a good, happy, and creative place.

One thing that makes my heart smile these days is this little guy. And I spent a gorgeous sunny day shooting photos (just for fun) in the city and embracing his beautiful spirit. I started this crazy blog three years ago when he was only four months old. And now he is growing into such a big boy. What a wonderful and rewarding journey being his mom has been. I can only imagine how it gets better.

Sailboats, red high tops, and uncontrollable giggles. The day couldn't have been more perfect. We celebrated with mini sugar donuts at fisherman's wharf. An easy price to pay for precious pictures. I hope you have all been amazing and thanks for being so patient with me. You guys are the marga to my rita!

Also a huge congrats to Ashley Davis who won the Toby & Max giveaway!

I love to hear your thoughts lovelies! Comment away!
